God is Amazing!

Posted: November 22, 2010 in General, Life Tips

Today I must just tell of God’s goodness.

This month God just somehow stretched my money so that I made it through the month! The reason I say it is amazing is because there are so many extra things that I did this month, that is not usually there.

I was on holiday for a week, it was very last minute so was not planned. We just got invited along, so firstly God gave us a Holiday where we didn’t have to pay accommodation, how awesome is that! Well we drove down, so it was petrol, toll gates and then during the holiday eating out, and all the things you do!

Then later the month we had a Vet bill of R862, and a few other expenses I don’t usually have in a month.
I still saved my agreed amount I want to save each month.
I still gave some money to a good cause that I love to support.

All I really want to say is that God must have done the same thing with my money as he did with the Fish and bread, when Jesus broke it to feed the thousands! ( Matt 14:14-21) Its amazing how God just make all things work out! No matter what the bank Balance says, God will supply!

My biggest advice today to you is, keep trusting God, never stop tithing, never stop giving. God always provides! I cannot wait for the future!

2 Corinthians 9:6 (Amplified Bible)
6[Remember] this: he who sows sparingly and grudgingly will also reap sparingly and grudgingly, and he who sows generously [[a]that blessings may come to someone] will also reap generously and with blessings.

Malachi 3:10 (Amplified Bible)
10Bring all the tithes (the whole tenth of your income) into the storehouse, that there may be food in My house, and prove Me now by it, says the Lord of hosts, if I will not open the windows of heaven for you and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.(A)

Ecclesiastes 11:1-6

I read this chapter last night, and just reminded me we should just live life! We should not wait.
We do not know what lies ahead, or what could happen tomorrow, or event later today for that matter. We can wait and wait and wati thinking that the right conditions will come along when everything is perfect, but it may also never happen. So why wait? The stuff you want to do, go do it!  Do it NOW!
Also share what you have with others! Why build up for yourself all the time, if something happens to you then what? You may as well help make someone els’s life a little better. Agree or disagree?

I pray that you’ll have a blessed week, and just enjoy life!

This is following on the post from yesterday.

Mu cousin left a comment yesterday quoting Hebrews 13:5. Its also a scripture I have read many times and underlined in my bible. Its good to be reminded of these promises over and over again. The word says faith comes by hearing the word, so the more we hear the more we will believe.

What stands out here is how adamant God is in what He says.
He [God] [b]Himself has said, I will not in any way fail you nor [c]give you up nor leave you without support. [I will] not, [d][I will] not, [I will] not in any degree leave you helpless nor forsake nor [e]let [you] down ([f]relax My hold on you)! [[g]Assuredly not!](B)

I am more and more confident that I am not going to worry anymore! Even out of my own life I should know by now that God has always provided in all my need. He has never failed met, and He never will!

I pray that you will experience Gods Love, Peace and Mercy in your life today!
Amen

Reading the Gospel of Matthew, I read chapter 6 again. You probably have also read this many times. I want to direct you specifically to these verses. Matt 6: 25 – 34

This is Jesus speaking and telling us, NOT TO WORRY! Don’t worry about what you’ll eat or drink or about having clothes!
So why do I still catch  myself worrying about these things of life. I read the promises that God gave us, saying that he will supply our needs! I read this verse over and over that says I should not worry, but here I am again worrying if I am going to get through the month! Worrying about paying my excess on my motorbike.

I want to just stop any worrying about earthly things! Just believe that and have absolute confidence that God will provide. So now here I declare it, saying that I Absolutely know that God will provide in all my needs. That I will have food, clothes, petrol in my car, the excess for my bike!

Are you with me? Will you believe with me! Because God want you to also stop worrying about the stuff of this life! Lets seek His Kingdom, and lets do it together!

Praise and Glory to God for His Mercy and Loving Kindness endures forever! AMEN!

Fear less, hope more; Whine less, breathe more; Talk less, say more; Hate less, love more; And all good things are yours.

Swedish Proverb

I had a great weekend! We went camping for the long weekend, but the real reason wa because it was my awesome girlfriends birthday. So everyone, if you missed it, you may still give her gifts to me, I’ll check them and maybe give it to her then! LOL!

Well except that I couldn’t swim with my knee still bandages and stitched up, and despite the rain, we had a very good time. A couple posts back I used this quote, and it was true of this weekend.

An inconvenience is only an adventure wrongly considered; an adventure is only an inconvenience rightly considered.

G.K. Chesterton

This morning I read Psalm 118. Verses 6 – 7 just gave me the encouragement for today! So straight forward, no fancy business. Plain and simple, God is on your side, and so there is nothing to fear! What can man do to you?

6 The LORD is with me; I will not be afraid.
What can man do to me?

7 The LORD is with me; he is my helper.
I will look in triumph on my enemies.

I pray that God will bless you today and that He would be your strength.
